The current context of COVID-19 requires the establishment of protocols with the aim of offering our guests all our services in a safe manner, so that you can enjoy the hotel with total confidence. This way, our staff will carry out their activity with security (remember that there is no such thing as zero contagion, but we try to do it in the best way)
You will receive in your e-mail box the confirmation of your reservation with the security measures implemented in our accommodation. In this document we will ask you for the acceptance of these ones, in order to know that you are informed.
In the reservation confirmation e-mail we inform you about the possibility of cancelling the reservation, due to extraordinary reasons of COVID 19, without any cost on your part.
If you require it, before your arrival we will be glad to email you all the details about our accommodation as well as tourist information about the area, thus avoiding paper brochures at the establishment.
AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING YOU
If possible, a pre check-in will be done prior to your arrival at the hotel by providing us with your ID details, which will also make the check-in process as short and easy as possible.
We will always receive you wearing a mask, we recommend that you also use it, and keeping the safety distances at any time.
As a guest, you will have hand sanitizer in the places with the highest risk such as entry and exit and the different common areas of the accommodation.
The room access card will always be deposited in a closed container at the exit of the hotel, for subsequent disinfection at the end of your stay
DURING YOUR STAY
As a health safety standard, we are forced to eliminate extra services, such as personal laundry service for those staying.
Both the common areas and the rooms will be a little more austere than usual, as many decorative elements have been removed for safety reasons.
In order to clean your room in a hygienic and safe way, please try to leave it as clean as possible.
We ask you to be patient, as we will organize the breakfast and dinner schedules according to your needs, protecting your health at all times and complying with the capacity established by law.
Since we must avoid cash, the payment will be made through transfers or other payment methods as Bizum app.
In case of paying by card, our POS will be disinfected after its use.
Unless printing is essential, your invoice will be sent by e-mail.
The farewell, as well as the welcome, will not be as warm as until now, and we will avoid kisses and hugs.
Special interest will be placed in the areas of greatest contact such as general surfaces, knobs, wash basins, taps, reception desk, doors, room keys, telephones, remote controls, toilet flush buttons, hair dryers, handrails, terrace furniture, lift buttons and so on and so forth.
We have adapted all our cleaning products using bactericidal and viricidal solutions to comply with mandatory sanitary measures.
We will give special emphasis to the daily ventilation of common areas where there have been guests. Similarly, rooms will be ventilated each time they are cleaned.
The cleaning staff will only access your room when it is empty and will not be allowed to enter while you are in. In addition, our staff will be equipped with personal protective equipment, such as masks and disposable gloves.
All the hotel's linen (towels, sheets, etc) is washed in the hotel itself, guaranteeing that it will be washed at more than 60ºC for a minimum of one hour.
SOME ADVICE FOR YOU
This manual is NOT intended to replace the official guidelines so it is important to follow the health and safety instructions set by the health authorities at all times.
BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
For your safety and for the safety of everyone, it is important that you check your temperature and the characteristic symptoms of Covid-19 before you set out. Do not start your trip if you have any of the following symptoms:
Pain or discomfort
Loss of smell.
Remember to come with your own personal protection equipment: mask and disinfectant gel, using it whenever you pass through common areas.
In case you do not have personal protection equipment, ask us, we shall tell you the nearest places where you can buy it or, if we have it in stock at that time, we will supply it to you.
It is recommended that when you arrive at your room, you should disinfect any protective materials that may have come into contact with surfaces outside your room.
Anyway, you should disinfect your hands when you enter and leave your room. For this purpose, you will find a hydroalcoholic gel at your disposal at the entrance of the hotel.
We work for your safety and comfort, so it is important to follow the indications and warnings of our staff at all times. In the same way, we would like you to notify our staff of any possible threats or dangers you may have identified.
Please provide us with additional personal information that we may request in the event of a health crisis and which is justified for the detection of a possible contagion.
It is advisable to avoid touching surfaces in common or transit areas, except those that are for exclusive use.
Whenever you meet a person who is not connected to your family or living unit in the room, please keep an interpersonal distance of at least 2 metres. If this is not possible, please give way or ask the other person to wait until you have passed.
